Whether you are a couple, a group of four, or families wanting to vacation together, we have the accommodations just for you. The majority of our cottages are booked year to year. Many families started with a single unit and gradually expanded into additional cottages or the Lodge as extended families gathered for annual reunions. We’ve hosted wedding parties, college graduation gatherings, receptions, and even a movie crew producing a feature film in the area! We are currently recommending our facilities for small conferences, seminars, and retreats. What can we do for YOU?

Lodging at a Glance

Originally constructed in the late 1920s, our classic Vermont cottages have been recently renovated for simplicity and ease, offering open floor plans, raised ceilings, ceiling fans, screened porches and private yards. Each unit’s front entrance has no more than two steps. Beneath mature pines and lofty oaks, your private cottage is homey and intended for comfort and building lifelong memories. Each yard has a gas grill, picnic table, and fire pit. Porches are screened-in with dining table and a coffee, cocktail and conversation nook. Plan leisurely meals on the porch and listen to the simple sounds of nature all day long. Each cottage has a personality all its own and offers adjacent parking for two vehicles.

Pine Lane is a private road with a five mph speed limit. Hand in hand with someone you love, it’s a leisurely thirty-second stroll to the lakeshore. Our modest community of cottages is fortunate to have one hundred feet of private sandy beach with a gradually descending lake bottom, a deep-water swimming float, and a boat dock.
